We sign and stuff our fundraising letters. Host country information presented by Training Director (TD), Lauren Burns.
We sign our letters, add stamps and a fund raising brochure, enclose a stamped return envelope and stuff everything in to a pre-addressed envelope to our potential donors.
Lauren will present the back ground for the various programs and the countries to help the vols understand their choices.
This is a fun gathering.
Parents are encouraged to assist in the letter stuffing process. We will have pizza and soda around 5 pm.
